Ivy Journal Font Issue: Incorrect Characters Displaying When Typing

Hi, I am currently using the Ivy Journal font on InDesign and for some reason the text does not display the correct letters that I type onto my keyboard. For example, if i type in the letter "b" on InDesign, it shows the letter "a". Because of this, I'm basically typing gibberish and I can't space. I was wondering if there is a solution to this problem because a lot of other people I know using this font also have this problem.

No problem for me with the Adobe Fonts version on a Mac (13.6) with InDesign 19.5

Is the mis-typing only in InDesign? Does that font type correctly in, say, Word or Illustrator?

What is the source of the font you're using? Did you install it from Adobe Fonts, or is this a downloaded version from somewhere else? Do you possibly have conflicting versions installed (this applies mostly on a Mac)?
