jpg is blurry when a pdf is made from indesign

since I've upgraded Indesign I can't make a sharp PDF (for print, PDF/X1a 2001). When I look at the jpg's that are imported they are very blurry. The files are exactly the sameones that I've printed earlier. Nothing changed. Link is ok.

someone that knows whats wrong here?
