Can you justify a paragraph but also keep it horizontally center align so that indesign would find the perfect size of the paragraph width with the sides straight and no huge word spaces?

You can specify justification settings from paragraph panel menu> Justification

check the Composer.

You can, but then the first valid solution is to put everything on a single line.

Set justification to "Full, all lines" and enable that preference that shows yellow background for badly spaced lines. Then increase one of the margins until you get a satisfactory result. Divide the value vy 2 and copy it to the other side indent.

You can justify the type, and add left and right indents to get the look you are after. But to minimize the words gaps, keep the line length between 40 to 60 characters. If it is shorter than 40, you'll get more gaps.
