Kein Zugriff auf InDesign

Hallo zusammen,

 

Ich habe soeben InDesign abonniert, um es 7 Tage kostenfrei zu testen.
Ich habe kein Zugriff drauf. Ich komme nicht in dieses Programm rein, wenn ich im Creative Cloud Desktop drauf klicke.
Ich kann auch nicht auf das Abo zugreifen.

Kann mir jemand helfen? Ich habe es schon heruntergeladen, aber es funktioniert leider nicht.

We are sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with InDesign. In addition to what our expert has asked, please also ensure you're logged in with the same Adobe ID from which you've subscribed, like a Personal or Business account.

      Not sure from your description why it's not working. Is it installed?

        Ich habe es mehrfach installiert. Es wird mir aber immer wieder als "testen" oder "kaufen" angezeigt.
