Keyboard shortcut for Index > New Page Reference > Add All?

It is possible to add an Index Reference without opening the dialog with Shift Alt Cmd [ on a Mac in InDesign CC2017 but it adds only itself (I have a list of all words that are going into the index on the Pasteboard in the same document I am working on.

Is there a shortcut that will Add All?
