La pagina de IDesign abre pero no carga completa - Imac

Trato de abrir la pagina para iniciar en InDesign pero se mantiene cargando sin abrir. Alguien sabe que podria hacer para solucionar este problema? Intente con Chrome, Firefox y Safari pero el problema es el mismo.
