Landscape Table issue in PDF Accessibility

I have a landscape Table in InDesign 2025. I converted the column head to "Convert to Header" in InDesign then rotate the table to Landscape in InDesign, in PAC checker 2024 it shows the error "Table header cell has no associated sub cell". 

Landscape table output PDF view. In the below landscape i can't able to fix the associated sub cell.

In the next page i have the same table in portrait format I fixed that error "Table header cell has no associated sub cell" I added associated Cell ID Please refer the below screen shot.

PDF Portrait Table view: In this Table I don't have any issue

Let us know how to fix this error in Landscape table
