Landscape to portrait

I build a project with landscape layout ( w = 18.97 and h=14.22) and I want to convert this project to portrait layout ( h=11.5 w =8.5) can i convert it before or after export from indesign to pdf ?

    It might be worth having a play (experimenting) with a copy of your document  using the File > Adjust Layout facility to see if it works for your design.
