Hi,

 

At the end of page 2, there is one empty line.

Is there anyway to bring forward the first line on page 3?

Your texts are aligned with the baseline grid. There is too little space in the last line to accommodate the text (with descenders). Extend your text box downwards and the text has enough space in the bottom line. The baseline remains the same.
