Layers in InDesign

Hey, is possible to select all one layer' objects in whole InDesign document?

unfortunately no.
Just all objects on the active spread.

What would you like to do with the selection if you would be able to do that?

How about using Object Styles? You could us a combination of Layers and Object Styles. Of course, the layers portion would only be for organization.
