Hola, quería saber cómo sea hace una letra capital al principio del párrafo

Your question is a bit lacking in detail, but I think you mean a Drop Cap which is an initial letter that is more than one line high.

That can be set in the Paragraph Style dialog under Drop Caps and Nested Styles, or from either the Paragraph Panel or Control Panel (with Text tool active) flyout menu under Drop Caps and Nested Styles.
