Lettre d'une police en Majuscule qui ne se charge pas sur PC

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème avec le chargement de la lettre U (en majuscule) de la Police Forma DJR Banner Medium (ça marche en thin, regular, bold, etc et en minuscule mais pas en medium MAJUSCULE) sur PC. Ceci n'est valable que sur PC, ça marche sur MAC. Comment contacter Adobe poru qu'ils arrangent cela. Merci pour votre aide

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble. 

 

Is this related to a specific font family? If you have added the font through the Adobe Fonts website (https://adobe.ly/4cmDFqn), would you mind removing the "Medium" font family and re-adding it to your account? 

Let us know how this works out for you.

 

If it does not, please share a few more details for further investigation:

1. The app version number you are using (go to Menu-> Help-> About Acrobat Pro DC);

2. A screenshot of the view you see when opening the files;

3. A sample file where you see the issue for us to reproduce this in-house.

 

Also, ensure that you are on the latest version of Acrobat (2025.001.2043x) for the best experience.

To do so, go to Menu-> Help-> Check for Updates.

Thanks for your answer. I removed and readded the font but the issue is still here.

This looks like an issue with InDesign and not Acrobat.
