licensing across countries

I am a designer based in Spain. I have a UK-based client that wants to buy an InDesign license for me, and InCopy licenses for their editorial team, based in various countries. Does my location and that of the editors matter? Can my client purchase a license key in the UK and pass it on to me in Spain for activating InDesign?

    Correct answer Steve Werner

The Creative Cloud applications don't use License Keys. They are tied to Adobe IDs. Most subscriptions purchased are use by a single individual Adobe ID so you couldn't share that (legally) with other people.

There are other subscriptions for Teams and for Enterprise where the rules are different. You need to contact Adobe Customer Support for a more complete answer. You won't find it in this forum.
