Lien de révision Indesign

Bonjour,

avec des collaborateurs nous utilisons régulièrement les liens de révision pour interagir sur les maquettes que je propose. Depuis pas mal de temps, les personnes avec qui je travaille n'ont plus accès aux fichiers partagé via l'option lien de révision dans Creative Cloud. J'ai beau cherché je ne trouve pas comment faire pour qu'elles aient à nouveaux accès à la liste des liens partagés. Je ne sais pas si je suis clair dans mes explications.

Could you share a sample link to one of the files you're having trouble with along with screenshots of the error message that your colleagues get when trying to access the link here or via DM, along with your Adobe ID, so I can better assist you?

We are encountering an issue where shared files are no longer visible under the Files shared with you section in the recipients Creative Cloud interface. No error messages are displayed, and the issue appeared suddenly, without any changes to our workflow or settings.

Thanks for the details you shared. I understand how frustrating it can be.

Could you confirm the version of InDesign and the details of the operating system used? Could you please ask your collaborators to try accessing the link after signing into the same Adobe ID that was used when they were originally invited? Also, once they're signed in, they can go to https://adobe.ly/45bQdiK and check if the links appear there.

If that doesn't help, it might be worth resending one of the review links to them and confirming they're opening it in an incognito/private window after logging into the correct Adobe ID. Moreover, please confirm if you can see that your colleagues still have access to the review link by going to the review panel. You can see this by going to the Share for Review Panel in InDesign.
