Ligatures not appearing with language change

Having an issue in a multi-language layout I'm currently working on (English, Irish and Scottish Gaelic). Ligatures appear happily when the language is set to English but nothing when the language for the text frame is set to Irish or Scots Gaelic. Be grateful if anyone had any suggestions!

Correct answer Sami Artur

Probably is a fonte issue, but I don't know what version is your font.

I would need seringa your font.

If You could send me only one I can confirm tô you: sami at samtype dot com dot br.

Hi Frank,
If your font Arnhem is version 2.0 and you are talking about the historical ligatures, the problem is the font.
The font has support for historical ligatures for Latin and inside Latin has support to: Azerbajani, Catalan, Crimean Tatar, Default (probably english), Moldavian, Romanian, and Turkish, but no support to Irish or Scottish Gaelic.
IMHO You must use english as a language but I can type with your Irish or Scottish Gaelic keyboard with no problem.

Sami

Hi. I'm using Arnhem. As you can see the ligatures work ok when the language is set to English but nothing when set to Irish. I take it this is an issue with the font then?
