Line spacing has stopped working

Hi,

Line spacing has gone weird in Adobe InDesign 13.0.1.  Changing the unit doesn't help (points or mm for instance). If I set the spacing at 1 or 0.1 I get the same spacing in the text (with Space Before or Space After)

What am I doing wrong??

Sounds like the text is aligned to a baseline grid.
