Lining up tables in 2 columns

I have a huge file of data, which I have put into a table in Indesign. It will be made into a printed book.

Since the width of the book page is wider than the table, I set the page text box as 2 columns so that the table is now twice on each page.  The issue is that the rows are not all the same height so the 2 columns do not line up at the bottom of the page.

Is there any way to sort this?
