Link for Share for Review not working

InDesign 2021. I sent a file off to a client who used Share for Review. She has since left the company and now (I don't know if one has anything to do with the other), the edited version doesn't link back to my file. I can see it in my cloud library but can't edit it or have it populate my original file. Is there a way to relink or if not, is there a way to download the marked up PDF to my desktop?
