Linking excel (google sheet) cells to infographic

Hello. Imagine that you have document consisting of 25 two-page spreads which on every spread the same infographic is used, but on every spread informations are changing. So you don't want to go to every page and change informations one by one, but rather want to just add certain rows and columns to every page. The thing is, that on every spread you can't just link the excel document and say that you want to include row number x and columns y - z, because then it will create just table with these cells and there is infographic you want to fill with these cells, so let's say - these are "floating" and are not formatted as table. I think it would be difficult to format infographic as table (even you couldn't see it in final print) because of changing sizes of informations and graphs... How would you deal with this situation?
