Links are missing in InDesign while opening the package application

Question

When the user opens the package after it has been created, the InDesign application file's file some links are missing.

There are no links problems before package creation [every links are mapped to corresponding figure].

The Red Dot in the Book Panel doesn't indicate missing links

The Green and Red Dots indicate Preflight Inspections Pass or Fail

You’ll see which documents passed and which failed in the panel by the green and red icons.
