I have reviewed a couple of threads on similar issues but do not find an answer.

I have a several page document most of which is editable normally.  One page, however, is not editable.  The text icon shows up but cannot get it to select and I cannot edit text at all.

I have checked the two layers and neither is locked.

InDesign CS 6 on Win10

When you click on the text frame and open the Story Editor from the Edit menu, what do you see?

Also, what is in the Layers panel for that spread?
