Looking for legacy InDesign CC 2014 (v10.0) SDK

Hi team and fellow developers,I am currently tasked with maintaining a legacy project that requires building C++ plugins specifically for InDesign CC 2014 (v10.0).Since the Adobe Developer Portal currently only provides SDKs for 2017 and newer versions, I cannot find the official download link for CC 2014 anywhere.Could anyone please share a working link, or if an Adobe staff member could kindly provide access to the archived CC 2014 SDK zip package?Thanks in advance for your help!

Even if you get hold of the SDK how would you install 2014 to test the plugin? As per my experience of maintaining older plugin version, we always keep a dev machine where it compiles and is tested. If the SDK is missing how was it being maintained so far?
