Lost all design, indesign opening the old design. Please help me.

Please help me. Yesterday I designed something in a inDEsign file. today it's opening the old file. In the recent file ipotion it's showing the design in the thumbnil. but while opening the file, it's opening the old designs. what's going on. please help me.

So to confirm you, created an InDesign document in InDesign 2023 and named and saved it, But when you try and open that document using InDesign 2023 you can't open it – is that correct (the latest version is18.2.1)?

Which OS and how much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have on your system?
