LOST PROJECTS PUBLISH ONLINE

I had a lot of files uploaded trough the ID Pubish Online tool, but now somehow all the links are dead, and even though the thumbnails of the projects are still visible in the archive, the source files are not there. What has happened?? How can I retrieve them again??

Might be related to documented problems with Publish Online in the past week. Mainly extremely slow downloads.

Adobe is working on the issues, but I don't know if "lost" files has yet been noted by them.

@Bevi Chagnon - PubCom.com All my files are missing and it seems they have been so for a good while! I just noted it a few months ago but my peers said it has been like that for some time now, they just assumed I knew......🥺

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure that you're signed in with the same Adobe ID using which, the files were published. Please check if you're able to see the files here https://indd.adobe.com/dashboard
