Low Quality Interactive PDF export

Having a slight issue where all of my interactive PDFs just aren't high resolution; the text is blurry and the PNGs in the file are also distorted.

When I export as a regular PDF the quality is better but nowhere near as good as an exported PNG for instance. Can InDesign just not make crisp PDFs?

I can't work out whats going wrong!

Here are links to the Interactive PDF and also the PNG:

By the way don’t publish personal information on this public forum. I suggest you remove your PDF sample and edit out your contact details.

I too see a PDF file witch is OK. Only the icons are low res (16x16 pixels).

There is no PNG file however.

Seems OK, how are you viewing your PDF?

Yes, Mac Preview is not the one to use, use Acrobat Reader.
