macOS Ventura 13.2.1 - not being able to save from Desing Apps (indeisgn, Illustrator, Acrobat)

Hello! Since updating to the new OS Ventura I´ve recently been having issues when trying to save files from InDesign or illustrator. Adobe Acrobat won't let me edit files to insert. I get a constant wheel and then nothing happens. Can open files, but it won't save or export. I have downloaded all the latest apps, reinstalled everything, and clear the cache, but nothing seems to fix it.

Is there a way around this?

first try, resetting the cc app. to reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
