Make alt text of hyperlink the text in the doc

Hi there,

I've created a large document that needs to be screen reader accessible once exported as a pdf. It features a lot of links to websites plus links to other parts of the doc. I've realised that these will all need to have alt text added to them in order of them to be read by the screen reader, however in all instances this alt text will be exactly the same as the visible copy. Is there some way i can get indesign to just use the copy that it's masking with the link? Really would rather not go through all the links and add the alt text.
