math formulas in indesign from macos

Hello,
I have a mathematical excersize created in indesign cs6 in macos.
I try to open in indesign in windows and show the table "PowerMathCS6.IndesignPlugin" missing.

I open the file but no one formula be visible in Indesign

in pdf that is in wright mode: 

Can someone help me what need to do in this case?

Hi @ermir ,

as far as I can tell this cannot be resolved on a Windows machine.

You need an old Mac with InDesign CS6 and the right plug-in installed to go forward with production.

 

There are workarounds:

[1] As far as I can see from your sample screenshot you should be able to retype the formulas in InDesign as well.

[2] If the formulas are more complex than the ones shown, the workaround would be very tedious.

Single out the formulas with Acrobat Pro and Adobe Illustrator.

 

First convert all fonts to outlines with the help of the Preflight function of Acrobat Pro. Save the converted PDF to a new name. Then open the converted PDF with Adobe Illustrator and save every single formula as separate AI file to place it to your text in InDesign.

after looking up this PowerMath plug-in, it appears that it's never been available for Windows.

 

the company is out of business for a few years by now. their downloads only contain Mac versions (and other info on the Internet suggests it was a Mac-only plug-in):
