Mis archivos de panel de control de publish online ya no se ven

Tengo algunos archivos publicados online y cuando hago click al enlace para ver cada uno, solo se ve blanco. 

Los archivos y sus nombres siguen apareciendo en el panel de control pero al hacer click en los enlaces no hay nada.

Por arte de magia vuelve a funcionar y no sé cual ha podido ser el problema, pero hemos estado bastantes horas sin poder acceder a ellos

Hola! No aparecía ningún código de error, al abrir el documento se veía solo blanco. Mi versión de adobe indesign es 18.5.4. Ahora se ha solucionado solo y puedo ver todos mis documentos...
