Missing elements in PDF

Hey everyone,

I'm using Adobe Indesign 2021 on a MacBook Pro (macOS Big Sur).

I seem to have an intermittent problem when exporting PDFs where some frames

seem to go missing.

Anyone an idea what the problem could be / how to fix it?

Drawn box? Table? Paragraph Rules?

What thickness are the lines?
