Missing font

Hello everyone,

 

I'm encountering a problem with Indesign.

I have two identical documents open at the same time, one in French, the other in German (a translation agency modified it for me). My font, which works perfectly on the French document, no longer works on the German document. It's highlighted in pink as if it were missing, but it's present on the french document.

 

I tried copying and pasting my text from one document to another but the font disappeared.

I've tried redoing the paragraph style but that doesn't work either.

 

I don't understand what the problem is, if anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear from you.

    I would guess the agency used a differnt version of the font with the same name.

    On  a copy of the German file try using Find Font to replace all the missing fonts with the versions installed on your computer.

    I've tried but unfortunately it doesn't work.
    I spoke to the translation agency and they had the same problem.

    Vu le contexte, je pars du principe que tu es francophone…

    Est-ce que la police manquante est installée correctement ? Si elle est uniquement présente dans un dossier issu d'un assemblage, elle ne fonctionnera que pour le document présent dans le dossier d'assemblage.

    Je suis francophone en effet. 🙂
    La police est installé sur mon ordi, dans le doute je l'ai supprimé et installé de nouveau mais sans succès.

    Et mes deux indesigns sont dans le meme dossier d'assemblage.

    De quelle police s'agit-il ? Es tu certaine que les 2 fichiers utilisent exactement les mêmes polices ?
