Your screenshot does not show any missing font, but local override on your character style. And you should use paragraph styles, instead of character styles.

In the cloud app in the fonts tab you have the possibility to upload fonts that are not available in Adobe Fonts. You have to ensure that they are free or legitimately acquired and agree that you hold the respective license. Ensure that they are in the format compatible with the current guidelines (TT or OTF).
