Missing Font Issue

I've been haveing an issue with a a font in InDesign giving me errors when I move documents between computers.

This font want installed (and reinstalled a few times) from the same source, but I still get the error when I open up the document that was previously saved on a different computer.

Create a Package, that is exactly what it is there for to 'transfer' between different computers.

Source Sans also exists in TTF format, so be sure that the version of Source Sans which is installed on your computer is the same as the missing one (the OTF version).

Nope.

Font was installed from the same source on both computers.
