Has anyone solved the last two items on this list? Exporting fixed epub 3.0, getting 'Missing EPUB 3.0 NCX'file' and 'you have submitted an encrypted EPUB'. Is there a fix for these items? Thanks!

Where are you encountering this message?

Details of your ID version, platform (OS), the EPUB type (FXL vs reflowable) etc. might help.

Same problem here. Missing NCX file, encrypted ePUB file.

The error messages appear when trying to upload ePUB to Draft2Digital (Agregator which delivers ebooks to multiple distributors).

I am using ID 17.4, platform MacOS Ventura 13.4.1, exporting a Fixed ePUB (children's picture book which does have embedded fonts from Canva. I'd rather not have to recreate the whole thing in ID if I can help it. I've successfully done it this way once before but can't recall whether an NCX error cropped up - there were various errors to work through but I think were mostly related to TOC creation, which I'm on top of this time around).
