Missing tab panel

Thank you for reaching out. I tested this, and it's working on my end. Please try this, using the Type tool, click in the text frame & choose Type > Tabs. I even tested the shortcut, and that's working too, so you can also try resetting preferences. Please ensure you have taken a backup if you want to preserve some settings.

Fixed by going in and changing preference names in the system to old. Guidelines here:
