Hi everyone, I need help. I created an interactive PDF in InDesign with various blank text modules that will then be filled out on the PDF itself. My problem is managing the fonts in the modules. Once filled out, I noticed that the text is too tall and too close to the module. My question is, how can I fully manage the fonts? Are line spacing and tracking editable? Thanks in advance.

I think you'll have to do the tweaking in Acrobat through the Properties settings on the text boxes. Try to use a PC/Mac universal font for the most control. I don't believe you can control leading or tracking in Acrobat, but you can shrink pt size to fit Field or change to multi-line text box.

but all this is already possible from Indd in Interactive PDF mode

No, it's not. If you want to pick the fonts for the text fields you'll need to do it in Acrobat or you can try this:
