Mouse pointer disappears (Mac)

Hi,

[This is my first post so I apologise if I'm not following protocol etc.]

I'm using 12.1.0.56 Build in macOS High Sierra v 10.13.

When I move my mouse pointer over an InDesign window it turns into a black star or a shifting block of random noise and colour.

What can I do to fix this?

Thanks!

Chris

Please see the following response in a separate thread Corrupted Cursor in InDesign .

This thread has run its course. A user posted the problem, the cause was identified and confirmed by Adobe. And we don't know when Apple will provide the 10.13.1 MacOS update to fix this!

Ssshh, Don't mention this bug. Both parties are aware of it and are actively doing nothing.

What evidence do you have for that assertion?

Oh, I don’t know. Passage of time? No email warning users not to upgrade? Zero customer service. Just the little things, I guess.

Me too! Making it nearly impossible to use!

This is a known bug, Apple are working on it.
