I did a search for exporting from InDesign to find out if others have found a way/workflow from InDesign to video. I tried the route via export to swf when I saw that after effects could import a .swf. If did work, to some degree, but each page. I do get that InDesign is not the ideal software for a self running presentation. But is there any way this can be done in 2019?
I'd just put InDesign in full screen presentation mode, and record the screen with screen recording software. Then edit in a video editor and put some nice music in the background, and export at high resolution and quality. Possibly record each animated screen separately, place all screens in the editor's timeline and add nice transitions in your video editor.
Run the presentation on a machine with VLC Player or something similar, and activate loop mode. Done.
