Moving Swatches around in Swatches Panel in InDesign CC?

Hi thereI have looked on the Forum and can't find the answer to what I thought would be a very simple question.  We have a swatch colour which I would like to move to the top of the panel.  But when you go to grab the colour you can't move it.Yes you can rename it, but I would have thought that you can just grab it and move it to the place you want in the panel.This is in Indesign CC.Thanks for any help you can give me with this.Kind regardsJohn

In the current version of InDesign CC, if you give your colors custom names (by unchecking Name with Color Value) you should be able to drag them up and down in the Swatches panel. I have no problem doing that.

In fact, I have no problem moving the swatches named by color value, such as C=0 M=0 Y=100 K=0, either.
