Multiple 'Adobe CEP HTML Engine' whenever using inDesign

Hi all,
I have noticed lately that when I open inDesign it is also opening several instances of  'Adobe CEP HTML Engine'.
Sometimes it may be 5, other times it is well over 20.

Since I have noticed this happening, I also have noticed that my inDesign is excessively slow.
Re-installing has not fixed the issue.
Has anyone got a solution to this ?
