Question

Multiple pages layout

Hi,

I need to have two versions of a document, which share pages between them but is continuously updated. Is there any way to save some configuration so that I can get a PDF with pages 1,2,4,6 and another one with pages 1,3,5,6 without having to keep moving pages continuously?

Thank you

Another method would be to have three files.

File one is the "common" material. Files two and three are the two unique versions. Place the pages from from file one into the other two files in the appropriate locations. When you edit file one, you simply update the links in files two and three.

  1. Export to PDF. Specify pages 1, 2, 4, 6 in the Pages field.
  2. Export to PDF. Specify pages 1, 3, 5, 6 in the Pages field.

Now I'm thinking that saving the indexes and placing them in the configuration when exporting might solve the problem, but maybe there is a more professional way.

Thank you
