Multiple Record Data Merge not working after the first few

Hello. I am trying to make a directory with hundreds of businesses listed and their info. When I go to do the data merge the first few businesses show up correct but then after that almost random information is filled in. Occasionally there will be one that shows correct after that. The sheet is formatted the same for all of them so I'm not sure whats causing this issue. Any insight would be appreciated.
