    It also has to be clicked on in the Creative Cloud app in order to install it. On my Creative Cloud app, under the All Apps tab, InDesign is at the very bottom of a long list of software.

    Also, could you please confirm whether InDesign appears in the Creative Cloud web app when you're signed in with the same Adobe ID?

    What does it show? Make sure you are logged in via the correct Adobe ID which has the subscription. Log out from Creative Cloud Desktop app and then log back in
