My document is not visible

Hi. Since I upgaded to InDesign 19, the documents very often do not appear in the document window - when I use an external monitor with my Macbook. The documents are open, and when I move the mouse around the edges of the objects appear on hover. My only solution is to restart InDesign to make it work.

 

Am I the only one with this problem? Any solution?

    It's often a good idea to restore your InDesign preferences and caches after installing a major new version of InDesign (like 19.0) to deal with an issue like this. Here's how:
