My export for print doesn't look like what's on indesign

I'm far from computer illerate and I'm very familiar with indesign. Tried everything from buttons to opacity to exporting different formats, XML copy to a new document, restarting computer, redownloading in design. I'm at my wits end and feeling like I should have contacted support first. The publish online version is the 3 and 4 image and the last image is pdf print!

Which version of InDesign and OS?
It's far from clear what your issue is. What are you trying to produce – is it for print or for digital, if digital, which format?

Please explain the issue.

What are Indesign’s Edit > Color Settings? 

What are the document’s Color Spaces (Edit > Assign Profiles)? 

What are the pdf settings (Standard and Output in particular)?
