Dear Community,

My Indesign-File crashes any time i like to edit any bullets in the all of my Pharagraph styles. I tried to delete all bullets an do it again, but i crashes the same way.

Please can you help me?

At the moment i work with Indesign CC 12.1.0.56. I work on this Projekt since 2 Years now.

Thanks for helping me

First of all make sure you have used Save As to make a copies of your document and help clear corruptions and make sure you have a copy on an external drive.

You can also Save as an IDML file which will also clear corruptions.

I would suggest you then reset your InDesign Preferences to clear  any InDesign corruption:

Close InDesign. Then hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift (Mac), and relaunch InDesign. Respond in the affirmative to the dialog asking if you really want to replace the preferences.

And you'll make regular incremental copies otherwise you stand to lose years of work!
