My Indesign interactive checkboxes are not showing up when I export an interactive PDF

Hi, please could you assist me?

 

I have edited a document in inDesig which had interactive checkboxes. 

When I export it as an interactive pdf, only three of them show up.

 

Could you help me understand why?

Thanks for reaching out. In addition to what Steve asked, I would request if you can share a few more details like:

 

  1. How do you export? (Please use Interactive PDF, not Print)

When you make the checkbox in InDesign is it a rectangle with a stroke? Other PDF viewers than Adobe Reader or Acrobat sometimes do not follow the standard for how to display form items which is why Steve asks as he does.

What version of InDesign (exactly) are you using? What operatng system (exactly) are you running? What PDF reader (exactly) are you viewing the PDF in?
