Question

My recent uploads to Publish Online are not displaying properly. Randomly missing frames or images.

I have recently uploaded files that are not displaying properly in Publish Online.  These elements worked fine in past years many times.  They are also randomly changing in subsequent test files.  Need help please....

I found out that if I removed an abundance of old files that I assume is taking space on the their server it would help fix the problem and it did. Try that.

This suggestion was really helpful. Thank you for posting this solution! It worked in my situation and I'm thankful I was only down for one day (with publishing issues) before this solution was presented here.

I'm having the exact same problem that just started today.

I've done everything I can think of including installing old versions of Indesign and nothing is working.

Here is how one page of mine looks. The blue rectangle loaded but not the images.

Text and images on several pages are not loading while the bulk of them are.

I've re-installed old versions of InDesign and tried old documents that worked fine before so it seems like an issue on the published side, not the uploading side.

Also, if I download the PDF all the images are in there fine (but obviously without any GIF's movement which is why I was uploading here in the first place).

Same problem here. I even tried a backup I had of a inDesign document I published a couple of weeks ago when I tried to republish the same document with no changes, all the images were broken. Does feel like a publishing side issue in that case.
