Mysterious Black Icon Appearing in Printed PDF from InDesign

Hi folks,

I have a problem with printing from PDF created in InDesign.

On one page, and this has never happened to me before, a strange icon is printed that isn’t in the original InDesign file, and I can’t figure out what it is.

This only happens on one page.

I’ve never seen anything like this in all these years.

Someone can help me? See attached file.

It looks very much like an interactive PDF icon, but there's no way to know why it's showing up in your document unless you've exported to interactive PDF and have interactive features enabled.
