Need InDesign CC 2022 Script Writer for small project

Looking for InDesign CC 2022 Script writer to hire for small project. Need script that will release anchors from form fields, text box, check boxes, radio buttons that are anchored to text. These files are being translated so all anchors need released using script. Re-anchoring will be manual to the translated text. Unless there is an easier way I may have missed?
